Returns Policy
At RYFT Card Battle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging. Any item that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item(s) are defective or we made an error in shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt for your records.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.
